Everyone must be registered by 2:00. \nThey will need to call our office to pre-register so we can squad them and let them know what time their squad will be shooting. \n\nWhile Metal Madness is for .22 only\, Metal Madness Unlimited is for 45 ACP or smaller.\n\n\n \n\n\nThe scoring is based on five (5) Bays with five (5) targets each for a total of twenty-five (25) targets. Each target must be hit at least once to be scorable. Participants will shoot each target set of 5 targets\, three (3) strings keeping the fastest time for score. The fastest times will be combined from each stage for an aggregate bracket score.\n \n\n\nFirearm Classifications\nOpen:\nAny firearm (pistol\, revolver\, 22LR caliber rifle\, or 45 ACP or smaller pistol\, revolver\, PCC) with scopes\, optical sights\, light gathering scopes\, battery powered optics\, reflex optics\, or lasers.\n \nStock:\nAny firearm (pistol\, revolver\, 22LR caliber rifle\, or 45 ACP or smaller pistol\, revolver\, PCC)) with iron sights. DESCRIPTION:This class is designed to introduce new and beginning rifle shooters to proper safety rules and firearm techniques. This class will teach you time tested fundamentals proven by champion shooters. Learn and practice basic skills in a judgment-free\, stress-free environment with emphasis placed on safety and firearm fundamentals.  \nClass topics include Safety\, Gun Selection\, Grip\, Stance\, Sight Picture\, Trigger Control\, Follow Through\, Breath Control\, and Drills.  Class will be limited to 20 students. Cost is $40.00.  \nYou should bring your rifle and 30-50 rounds of ammunition. We will provide eye and ear protection\, but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer to use your own equipment.  \nYou must be at least 18 years old to take this class by yourself. Patrons 11-17 years of age may take the class with adult supervision.

It is better to learn the proper way initially than to overcome years of bad habits. \nCLASS TOPICS: Safety\, Gun Selection\, Grip\, Stance\, Sight Picture\, Trigger Control\, Follow Through\, Breath Control\, and Drills. Class will be limited to 20 students. Cost is $40.00. \nYOU SHOULD BRING: Your handgun and one box (50 rounds) of ammunition. We will provide eye and ear protection\, but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer to use your own equipment. \nARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS? You must be at least 18 years old to take this class by yourself. Patrons 11-17 years of age may take the class with adult supervision. \nWHO WILL BENEFIT FROM THIS CLASS? Whether just beginning\, or you’ve shot a few hundred rounds\, you will benefit from this fundamentals class. Sometimes we have the tendency to get complacent in our routines. Complacency often leads to bad habits without us even realizing it. This class will give you the opportunity to have an experienced shooter give you some valuable feedback as you begin this fun\, life-long sport. \nMUST I HAVE A NORTH CAROLINA CONCEALED CARRY PERMIT BEFORE TAKING THIS CLASS? No. However\, this class may be helpful before taking a concealed carry class. \nWHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Due to a burn risk from ejected brass\, do not wear open toed shoes\, loose fitting clothing\, or low-cut tops or tank tops. DESCRIPTION:Due to the winter weather\, Foothills Public Shooting Complex is canceling the Metal Madness match scheduled for Saturday\, January 11th. We are also going to delay the opening of the range from 9:30 to 11:00 am. \n  \n\nWhile Metal Madness is for .22 only\, Metal Madness Unlimited is for 45 ACP or smaller.\n\n\n \n\n\nThe scoring is based on five (5) Bays with five (5) targets each for a total of twenty-five (25) targets. Each target must be hit at least once to be scorable. Participants will shoot each target set of 5 targets\, three (3) strings keeping the fastest time for score. The fastest times will be combined from each stage for an aggregate bracket score.\n \n\n\nFirearm Classifications\nOpen:\nAny firearm (pistol\, revolver\, 22LR caliber rifle\, or 45 ACP or smaller pistol\, revolver\, PCC) with scopes\, optical sights\, light gathering scopes\, battery powered optics\, reflex optics\, or lasers.\n \nStock:\nAny firearm (pistol\, revolver\, 22LR caliber rifle\, or 45 ACP or smaller pistol\, revolver\, PCC)) with iron sights. Adjustable sights\, fiber optics and compensators are allowed. No electronic sights or optics are allowed.\n\n\n$10 for each firearm. Each firearm may be run a second time for $5.
