WELCOME!
Foothills Public Shooting Complex of Cleveland County is one of the largest public outdoor shooting complexes in the Southeastern United States!
Here’s an overview of our 185-acre campus.
- Ranges:
- All ranges are open during regular hours unless noted otherwise!
- Weather Notice: We do NOT close for rain! And there is always a place to shoot your rifle, pistol, shotgun, and archery at FPSC when we are open.
- Range 1–250-yd Precision Rifle 10 lanes. Targets at 100, 150, 200, and 250 yards. Opens Tuesday-Friday at 12:00, Sat at 9:30 am, Sun at 1:30 pm. All firearms must qualify at the 50-yard range first.
- Range 2–20-yd Handgun 12 lanes (Open weekends. Handguns are shot on Range 3 Tuesday-Friday.)
- Range 3–50-yd Rifle & Handgun 18 lanes (Moveable targets up to 50 yards. Becomes rifle only on weekends.)
- Range 4–Steel Target range for pistol caliber (no magnums) only. Function Fire your shotgun here, also.
- FPSC offers multiple 25 x 50 and 25 x 25 multi-purpose ranges
- Archery Practice & 3D Archery Range
- NO 50 BMG, .338 Lapua, or larger caliber weapons allowed.
- Range Facilities:
- Range Office – Report here first for orientation, check-in, and gift shop!
- Outdoor Pavilions with picnic tables and grills.
- Concession Area (accommodates catering services).
- Public restroom facilities with handicapped access.
- Services:
- Our excellent staff of trained Range Safety Officers are available on each range to ensure the safe handling of firearms and assistance as needed. Never shoot on an unattended range!
